1. The service and your account

Very Chinese Time creates AI-generated meme videos from your scripts and settings using a supplied reference character. Keep your sign-in account secure and use accurate account information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Credits and generation

The generator shows the credit cost for your selected edition, duration, and resolution. Credits are deducted when a generation request is accepted. The server checks your balance and account access before starting generation; a balance shown in the interface may be out of date.

Eligible new accounts receive 100 welcome credits, subject to abuse checks. Free accounts can use Standard at 480p; a qualifying credit purchase or subscription unlocks Pro. Credits are service units, not money, and cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash except where required by law.

3. Purchases, subscriptions, and expiration

Current prices, included credits, and billing periods appear on our pricing page and at checkout. Subscriptions renew on the selected monthly or yearly schedule until canceled. Yearly plans are billed upfront and release credits monthly, rather than all at once.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the displayed subscription amount and billing interval until you cancel renewal. Each credit-pack purchase is a separate one-time charge authorized at checkout. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated; review the total at checkout. Credits become available after payment is confirmed, subject to the monthly release schedule for subscriptions.

Subscription credits expire at the end of their monthly allocation window and do not roll over. One-time credit packs expire three months after purchase. You can manage billing and cancel renewal through the billing portal linked from your account. Canceling renewal does not itself refund a payment or extend credit expiration dates.

Cancellation and credit use

Open the pricing page, choose “Manage billing,” and use the billing portal to cancel renewal. You can also contact our support email for help. Check the effective date shown in the portal: canceling renewal stops future billing, while access for the paid period continues until its end. Separately purchased credit packs keep their original expiration date regardless of subscription cancellation.

When multiple credit allocations are available, we spend the credits with the earliest expiration first. There is no automatic credit top-up. A subscription cancellation does not delete your account or saved creations.

4. Refund policy and failed generations

First-time subscribers may request a full refund within seven days of their initial payment if no more than 10% of their plan’s monthly credit allowance has been used. For yearly subscriptions, this threshold uses one monthly allowance, not the full year. This offer does not apply to renewal charges.

One-time credit packs qualify for a full refund when requested within seven days of purchase and none of that pack’s credits have been used. Used packs and subscriptions outside the first-time offer are not eligible under this voluntary refund policy, except for duplicate or incorrect charges and any rights required by law. We correct confirmed duplicate charges.

Send refund requests to [email protected] with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We acknowledge requests within two business days and process approved refunds within five to ten business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. Payment refunds and generation credit restorations are separate.

When a generation is marked failed, its reserved credits are restored to their original credit allocation, subject to the original expiration date and any payment refund or revocation. This is a credit restoration, not a refund to your payment method. A completed video may differ from your prompt; creative results, precise dialogue, and lip synchronization are not guaranteed.

For an incorrect charge, missing credits, a stalled generation, or a payment refund request, contact us with the relevant order or generation details. Payment refunds are handled separately from generation credit restorations. If a purchase is refunded, remaining credits associated with it may be revoked. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have under applicable law.

5. Your content and third-party rights

You must have the rights and permissions needed for the scripts and other material you submit. You permit us and our service providers to process, store, and deliver that material and the resulting videos to operate the service. This is a limited, non-exclusive permission for service delivery. We do not claim ownership of your original inputs. Any rights you have in generated outputs remain subject to applicable law and third-party rights; we cannot grant rights in the reference character or other material we do not own. Very Chinese Time is an independent fan-made service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Capcom or the owners of Dante or Devil May Cry. Characters, names, music, and other third-party material remain subject to their owners’ rights. Paying for generation does not grant a license to those rights or guarantee that an output is suitable for commercial use. You are responsible for reviewing your video and obtaining any permissions needed before sharing or using it.

Embedded creator videos are examples of the meme and are not presented as videos generated by this service.

Third-party AI services

We screen prompts with Molmo2 Text Content Moderator and generated videos with Molmo2 Video Content Moderator through WaveSpeedAI. Videos with explicit unsafe verdicts are blocked and reserved generation credits are returned, subject to their original expiration and revocation status. If a moderation service fails, times out, or returns an invalid result, generation or release may continue; we record this as an availability fallback rather than a passing verdict. You can report a mistake or appeal a block through the Acceptable Use Policy.

Standard uses MiniMax H3 (the open-weights reference-to-video model hosted by WaveSpeedAI). Pro uses Alibaba Wan 3.0 Reference-to-Video, accessed through WaveSpeedAI. We may use Replicate for video-poster extraction. Availability and results depend on these services. Our application does not train AI models on your prompts or videos; providers’ handling of submitted data is described in their own policies linked from our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. It prohibits sexual/NSFW content, violent or gory content, hate speech, child sexual abuse material and any content endangering minors, deepfakes and real-person impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. It applies to both requests and generated outputs.

To report a violating video, use “Feedback or report” beside your completed video or email [email protected] with its URL or generation ID and a description. Our team reviews reports manually, prioritizes serious safety risks, and may remove content, restrict generation, suspend or terminate accounts, or revoke abused promotional credits. The policy explains our reporting process, review process, and enforcement and appeals.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, exploitation, threats, harassment, deceptive impersonation, or infringement of others’ rights. Do not evade credit charges, create accounts to abuse welcome credits, interfere with other accounts, or bypass security and usage controls. We may restrict access to investigate or address abuse, fraud, security incidents, or legal requirements.

Do not create sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, fraudulent or deceptive depictions of real people, phishing, or malware. Do not present generated content as authentic footage or as professional advice in a way that could harm others. Do not resell account access, systematically harvest outputs for unauthorized use, or use the service to build a competing AI model.

7. Availability and changes

AI results and processing times vary. We do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent storage, or a particular creative result. Download videos you want to keep. Features and future offers may change; review the displayed cost before each generation and the checkout details before purchasing. These terms do not exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Updates to these terms will appear here with a revised date. Changes will not remove rights that already apply to your purchases under applicable law.
